Review:
The nose aromatics of plums, raspberries, and cherries
that weave among traces of dark chocolate, toasty oak,
and floral earth. It's a supple palate, with lots of ripe,
red fruit that builds towards complimenting suggestions
of toasty oak, chocolate, and wild flowers. Elegant, layered,
and dry, this finely crafted wine should be open with
a seasoned roast chicken.

acidity, this will match up well with Italian sausage
pizza.

elements of blackberries, currants, and dark cherries

wood, and coffee. A wine that delivers fine depth, built

Waves of dark fruit come together with elements of coffee,
spice, and subtle oak on the nose. Flavors of blackberry,
pomegranate, and cherry envelop the palate with hints
of roast coffee, pepper, and allspice backing that up.
Nicely structured and offering good depth, fans of dry,
layered blends will find a lot to like here.

Review:
The nose presents with a nice character, as cherries and
strawberries harmonize among butterscotch, clove, and
oaky notes. The palate is supple, with flavors of plum,
cherry, and strawberry unfurling into allusions of caramel,
brown spice, and cedar. Elegant, layered, and dry, it's
non-traditional but it's tasty.
