Freemark
Abbey, Cabernet Bosche 2003
Ample hang-time aloud for a slow ripening period and
superb flavor development of the 2003 crop. The result
is a wine a great depth. On the nose, indulgent aromas
of black cherry, currents, chocolate, and blackberry
fill the senses. Hints of cinnamon drift in the background.
Lush flavors of dark berries, smooth chocolate, and
notes of spice float on supple tannins building towards
a dry finish, which leaves lingering essence of fruit
behind.
