Aromatics of plums, black cherries, and blackberries coalesce
with allusions of toasted nuts, chocolate, and earth on
the nose. With a sip, flavors of plum, cherry, and bramble
fruit are accented by suggestions of dark chocolate, rose
petal, and dusty earth. A wine with cocoa tannins and
welcoming dark fruit, enjoy a glass with Buffalo burgers.

wine to pair with a mushroom risotto. Fewer than 800 cases

with undertones of sweet spice and oak on the nose. Currant,
cherry, and blackberry flavors emerge on the palate, along
with highlights of toasty oak, clove, and earth. Nicely
structured with a good fruit core, a juicy New York steak

The nose offers aromas of blueberries, blackberries, and
plums that come together with elements of chocolate and
floral earth. Flavors of blueberry, bramble fruit, and
cherry blend with expressions of dark chocolate, floral
spice, and earth on the palate. A unique blend with rich
tannins, think hearty stew, beef or wild mushroom, as
a good accompaniment. Under 120 cases were made.
