Honeydew Bite and Prosciutto Rosette by Chef Wayne Elias

A-listers from Kim Kardashian, Heidi Klum & Britney Spears have enjoyed the tantalizing eats of Chef Wayne and his crew at Crumble Catering. So while you may not be able to attend the parties, you can eat just like the celebrities. Here's the recipe for a very popular hors d'oeuvre.

Honeydew Bite and Prosciutto Rosette

Ingredients:
1 Honeydew Melon
2 oz. of Very Thin Prosciutto

Procedures:
1. Cut half of the melon in to 12- 3/4 of an inch by 1/4 thick cubes

2. Cut the prosciutto into 12 one inch squares

3. Make a rose out of each piece. Doing this by rolling the ham very tight it will form a rose shape

4. Make a small indentation in the center of each Melon cube....

5. Place in the center of the melon cube the prosciutto rose and
reshape if needed
