you can eat just like the celebrities. Here's the recipe
for a very popular hors d'oeuvre.
Honeydew
Bite and Prosciutto Rosette
Ingredients:
1 Honeydew Melon
2 oz. of very thin Prosciutto
Procedures:
1. Cut half of the melon in to 12- 3/4
of an inch by 1/4 thick cubes
2.
Cut the prosciutto into 12 one inch squares
3.
Make a rose out of each piece. Doing this by rolling the
ham very tight it will form a rose shape
4.
Make a small indentation in the center of each Melon cube....
5.
Place in the center of the melon cube the prosciutto rose
and re shape if needed
