Valentine's Day Recipes: Spicy Crab Fondue

This Valentine's Day, treat yourself, or a loved one, to delicious food made with wine! Whether you're celebrating with your partner, best friend, solo or with a group of pals, here are some recipes from VOGA Italia Wine that are sure to fill your night with LOVE.

Spicy Crab Fondue

Serves: 4

Ingredients:
2 tbls. Unsalted Butter
2 minced Garlic Cloves
4 tbls. minced Shallots
1/2 cup VOGA Italia Pinot Grigio
2 cups Half-and-Half
16 oz. cubed Cream Cheese
8 oz. shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 /lb. Crab Meat
2 squeezed Lemons
4 tspn. Dijon Mustard_
2 tspn. Worcestershire Sauce
1 tspn. Old Bay Seasoning
1 tspn. Dried Dill Weed
Breadsticks, crackers or bread cubes

Procedures:
1. In a pot over medium heat, gently saute garlic and shallots in butter until translucent.

2. Add VOGA Italia Pinot Grigio and cook for 1 minute.

3. Add crab, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning and dill weed.

4. Rim a champagne glass with cinnamon sugar.

5. Heat for 3 additional minutes, stirring occasionally.

6. Serve with breadsticks, crackers or bread cubes and enjoy!
