Merlot Cakes
Ingredients:
4 oz. Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate
1 stick of Butter
1 tbls. VOGA Merlot
1 tbls. Vanilla Extract
1 cup Confectioners Sugar
1 Egg
1 Egg Yolk
6 tbls. Flour
1/4 tspn. Cinnamon
1/4 tspn. Ground Ginger
1/8 tspn. Ground Cloves
Procedures:
1. Preheat oven to 425°F.

Butter four 6 ounce custard cups and place them on a baking
sheet.
3.
Microwave chocolate and butter in large microwavable bowl
on high for 1 minute or until butter is melted.
4.
Stir with whisk until chocolate is completely melted.
5.
Stir in wine, vanilla and confectioners sugar
6.
Stir in eggs and yolk, followed by flour, cinnamon, ginger
and cloves. Pour batter evenly into the custard cups.
7.
Bake the cakes for 15 minutes or until sides are firm
but centers are soft. Let stand 1 minute. Carefully loosen
the edges of the cakes with a small knife, place on a
serving platter and decorate with confectioners sugar.
Enjoy immediately!
