Bourbon is a wonderful spirit for the Fall. So, the folks
at Big Bottom, a new independent bottler, have passed
along some of their favorite cocktails to make with their
very own Big Bottom Bourbon. Enjoy!

Seelbach
Ingredients:
1 oz Big Bottom Bourbon
1/2 oz Cointreau
7 dashes Angostura bitters
7 dashes Peychaud's bitters
Sparkling Wine
Procedures:
1. Build in a champagne flute.

Garnish with an orange twist.
