Wíther
Hills
story began with one man, a local winemaker, in 1994. For him,
it was a desire to craft the very best wine from Marlborough's
beautiful natural surroundings. This remains unchanged today,
and their philosophy is that the finest wines are always created
from exceptional vineyards, representing their sense of place.

The nose presents with bright expressions of strawberries,
cherries, plums are rounded out by white pepper, leather,
and cola. Lively on the palate, strawberry, cherry, and
raspberry notes co-mingle with spicy, earthy, and oaky
suggestions. Ripe and hearty flavors come together nicely
in this wine, making it a good one to match up with pork
chops.

An inviting nose of cherries and strawberries with subtle

acidity, it would be ideal to enjoy with a watermelon
and arugula salad.

Citrus fruits and gooseberries give way to grassy and
herbal notes on the nose. Highlights of grapefruit, lime,
and passion fruit make up the core of the palate, complicated
by allusions of fresh herbs and white pepper. Bright with
a nice balanced of flavors, open a bottle with goat cheese
and crackers before dinner.
