Aromatics of citrus fruits and tart apples combine with
hints of minerals and flowers on the nose. A sip reveals
flavors of lemon, apple, and pineapple that flow into
suggestions of wet stone and white blossoms. With lively
fruit and a fresh acidity, fish tacos would make a lovely
pairing.

Review:
A bouquet of strawberries, plums, spice, and floral earth
rises up from a glass. The palate showcases flavors of
plum, cherry, and strawberry that interweave with hints
of pepper and minerals. A light wine with soft tannins,
it would be very nice served with slices of roast turkey.
