Located on a beautiful, 95 acre plot in Los Gatos, Ca with striking architecture and stunning views of the surrounding mountains as well as Monterey Bay, one could visit Byington Vineyards & Winery simply to take in the scenery of the place. Review:
A bouquet of peaches, citrus fruits, honey, and minerals rise up from a glass. The palate showcases flavors of peach, apricot, and ruby red grapefruit that flow into whispers of honey and minerals. A welcoming acidity and rich fruit flavors make this a good wine to pair with a number of lighter Tai or Chinese dishes. 245 cases were made.

Aromas of plums, black cherries, and blueberries meld with notes of pepper and leather on the nose. A sip delivers flavors of cherry, blueberry, and boysenberry that open up into traces of spice and minerals. With velvety fruit and a much friendlier acidity than it's Italian counterparts, open a bottle with gourmet sausages. 145 cases produced.

Notes of blackberries, cherries, and currants come together with hints of creamy oak on the nose. A sip delivers flavors of black cherry, plums, and cassis, along with accents of vanilla and oak. Offering plush tannins and ample dark fruit, pair a glass with hamburgers fresh from the grill.

Review:
Fragrances of plums, raisins, vanilla, and spring flowers greet the senses. Plum, black cherry, and raisin flavors emerge on the palate as well as traces of vanilla and floral spice. Smooth and not overly sweet, strawberries dipped in white chocolate would make a fine paring.
