Cocktail Recipes for St. Patty's Day

St. Patrick's Day is an excellent excuse to party with friends and have a little fun before spring has officially sprung. So, skip the same old green beer and go for some tasty and festive Irish-themed cocktails.

Sweet Shamrock-tini

Ingredients:
1 part UV Apple
1 part Sour Mix

Procedures:
Shake with ice and strain into glass.

Prairie's Luck

Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Prairie Organic Vodka
1/2 oz. Lime Cordial
3 Fresh Mint Leaves

Procedures:
1. Shake and strain into a highball glass with ice.

2. Top with soda water and a lime for garnish.

Azzurre Sparkling Isles

Ingredients:
2 oz. Azzurre Vodka
1 oz. Melon Liqueur
Champagne or Sparkling Wine

Procedures:
1. Shake and strain into a highball glass with ice. Combine vodka and liqueur in a chilled champagne flute, stir.

2. Top with champagne.

Irishman in Hawaii

Ingredients:
2 oz. Azzurre Vodka
1 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
.25 oz. Fresh Pineapple Juice
.75 oz. Melon Liqueur

Garnish: pineapple slice

Procedures:
1. In a rocks glass, combine all ingredients and lightly muddle basil leaves. Top with crushed ice.

2. Garnish with a pineapple slice.

Azzurre Clover Blossom

Ingredients:
1.5 oz. Azzurre Vodka
.5 oz. Elderflower Syrup
2 oz. Organic Cucumber, (peeled and sliced)
.5 oz. Lemon Juice
Dry Lemon Soda (or seltzer)

Garnish: Mint, cucumber slices and lemon peel

Glass: Highball

Procedures:
1. In a shaker, muddle the cucumber. Add the lemon juice, vodka, syrup, and fill with ice.

2. Shake, strain into a highball glass filled with ice.

3. Top with lemon soda. Garnish with mint, cucumber slices and lemon peel.
