Review:
Aromatics of honeydews, pineapples, and peaches mingle among hints of orange blossoms and minerals on the nose. Flavors of melon, nectarine, and lemon play off of honey and minerals allusions on the palate. Not a crisp, biting Sauv Blanc, it has a very approachable body and acidity. Match with grilled shrimp in butter.
