Simple, but bougie, this dish will keep your evenings

Strawberry,
Spinach and Cheese Tortellini Salad
Ingredients:
8 oz. pkg Three Bridges Spinach & Cheese Tortellini
1 pint Fresh Strawberries, (hulled and halved)
1 pint Bocconcini, (cut in 1/2 or sliced)
4-6 oz, Fresh Spinach
3 tbls. Balsamic Glaze
2 tbls. Olive Oil
Procedures:
1. Cook tortellini in a large pot according
to package instructions. Drain and immediately rinse with
cold water. Let tortellini dry, coat with 1/2 of the olive
oil.

Mix strawberries, mozzarella, and spinach with remaining
olive oil and 1/2 of balsamic glaze.
3.
Divide tortellini and mix between two plates. Drizzle
with remaining balsamic glaze and enjoy!
