One is greeted by aromatics of green apples, nectarines,
minerals, and white blossoms on the nose. Flavors of green
apple and ripe peach are framed by a mineral backbone
on the palate. With a good body and compelling flavors,
open a bottle when you serve spicy seafood dishes.
