superfood salad packed with spinach, kale, avocado, and

Ravioli Salad
Ingredients:
1-8oz Three Bridges Superfood Ravioli
2 cups Fresh Spinach, (tightly packed and thinly sliced)
2 cups Red cabbage, (thinly sliced)
2 lg. Carrots, (peeled and sliced)
1 Red Bell Pepper, (sliced into matchsticks)
1 Cucumber, (cut into half slices)
1/2 cup Fresh Parsley Leaves, (torn)
2 tbls. Sesame Seeds
For
the Dressing Ingredients:
1/3 cup Olive Oil
1/2 cup Fresh Lemon Juice
1 tspn. cayenne Pepper
1 tspn. Honey
1/2 tspn Kosher Salt
Procedures:
1. In a jar with a tight fitting lid
add all salad dressing ingredients together and shake
to blend. Set aside.

Cook Ravioli according to package directions. Dip in cold
water to stop cooking. Drain. Place ravioli in a large
mixing bowl.
3.
Add the spinach, cabbage, bell pepper, carrots, cucumber
& parsley.
4.
Pour desired amount of dressing over the salad and toss
until everything is coated.
5.
Sprinkle on sesame seeds. Serve & enjoy!
