Wines of the Week: Rockin' Rosé - Under $20 III, 90 Points

We continue our series focusing on high quality wines, with wide distribution, that can be found for $20 or less. This week, since we're in the middle of summer, here are some rockin' rosé wines that are sure to please your palate and wallet, alike.

Review:
A bouquet of berries, peach, and citrus peal greets the senses. Nice strawberry, cherry, and citrus flavors come forth on the palate, accented by minerals suggestions. A bright acidity and balance of flavors make this a very nice Rosé.

Review:
Lychee fruit, strawberries, and oranges are accented by floral elements on the nose. Lively flavors of tropical and citrus fruits are carried by a fresh acidity on the palate. A bit atypical for a Rosé, but still quite tasty.

Review:
A wealth of pomegranates, raspberries, and watermelon comes up on the nose. Fairly round on the palate, it delivers flavors of bright red berries, melon, and pomegranate, along with a few floral accents. Appealing fruit and a lovely acidity make this a ideal Rosé to pair with food. BBQ shrimp would work nicely.

Review:
Lots of lovely berry notes and passion fruit mingle together on the nose. Strawberries,watermelon, and passion fruit flavors play with elements of spring flowers on the palate. Nice fruit and a balanced acidity make this a lovely choice for your next picnic.
