Cognac Cocktails from Pierre Ferrand

Why
have another underwhelming drink upgrade your evening
cocktails with Cognac? Here are a few delicious concoction
courtesy of Pierre Ferrand that are sure to please your

The
Pierre Ferrand Ambre Cocktail
Ingredients:
Slice lime peel
4 slices Fresh Ginger
1.5 oz Pierre Ferrand Ambre Cognac divided
2 oz Lemon Flavored Club Soda (San Pellegrino Limonata)
1 slice Cucumber Peel
Procedures:
Serve in a glass tumbler.
Place the lime peel and ginger slices in a short tumbler.
Add half of the cognac. Lightly press the lime and ginger
2 or 3 times using a muddler or the back of a spoon. Fill
the glass halfway with ice. Stir for 5 seconds. Add the
remaining cognac, club soda and cucumber peel. Stir for
another 5 seconds.

Cocktail
Ingredients:
1 oz. Pierre Ferrand Cognac
1 oz. Ruby Port
1 Egg
.75 oz. Simple Syrup
Procedures:
Garnish with grated nutmeg and serve in a port glass.
Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker and fill
with ice. Shake, and strain into a port glass. Dust with
freshly grated nutmeg.

Liquer Champagne Cocktail
Ingredients:
.75 oz. Lemon Juice
.75 oz. Simple Syrup
1.5 oz. Frambois Cognac Liquor
1 oz. Champagne
Procedures:
Garnish with a raspberry or long ribbon lemon peel. Serve
in a champagne flute. Add all ingredients except champagne
to shaker filled with ice. Shake well and strain into
champagne flute. Top wih chamagne andgarnish choice.
