Super Summer Sips from Caliche Rum

Here's a list of summer sips from the folks at Summer Sips from Caliche Rum that will help keep the party goers toasting, whether you're at a backyard BBQ, on the beach with friends or simply doing some at-home entertaining.

Cali Daiquiri Punch

Ingredients:
15 oz. Caliche Rum
5 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
5 oz. Stevia water reduction (10 drops of liquid Stevia to 1 oz. water)
1 Fresh Strawberry

Garnish: Strawberry or Lime twist

Procedures:
Build with ice in punch bowl and stir. Serves 5 people.

Cali Daquiri

Ingredients:
2 oz. Caliche Rum
1 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
3/4 oz. Cane Syrup (preferred) or Simple Syrup
1 Fresh Strawberry

Garnish: Strawberry

Procedures:
1. In a mixing tin, combine all ingredients, lightly muddle the strawberry ( do not shred to pieces).

2. In ice shaker shake vigorously until well chilled.

3. Strain into an ice filled rocks glass and garnish with Strawberry.

Cali Sparks

Ingredients:
2 oz. Caliche Rum
3/4 oz. Lime juice
1/2 oz. Agave nectar
3 Watermelon cubes approximately 1 square inch.
2 oz. Sparkling Dry Wine. (Any dry Prosseco or Cava)
Fresh Watermelon for garnish.

Procedures:
1. In a cocktail tin muddle the 3 watermelon cubes, add the remaining ingredients, except for the sparkling wine, fill with ice and shake vigorously until well chilled.

2. Strain into an ice filled highball or Collins glass.

3. Garnish with a fancy cut watermelon garnish.

Moon Dance

Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Caliche Rum
3/4 oz. Peach Schnapps
1 oz. Passion Fruit Liquor
1/2 oz. Agave Nectar
2 oz. Chilled Prosseco

Procedures:
1. Mix the first three ingredients gently together in a chilled rocks glass.
2. Add the ice cubes and top with sparkling wine.
