Collier
Falls is a family-owned vineyard and winery in Sonoma
County's Dry Creek Valley. It was founded back in 1992 by Barry
and Susan Collier with the goal of growing outstanding fruit
and making world-class wines. Today, their sons Adam and Josh
are excited to build on the growing tradition of Collier Falls.

Aromas of blackberries, strawberries, and cherries mingle
with suggestions of rose petal and sassafras root on the
nose. The palate offers flavors of plum, raspberry, and
cherry that come together with notes of vanilla, herbs,
and white pepper. Approachable and fruit-driven with nice
herbaceous and sweet spice notes, enjoy a bottle with
BBQ chicken pizza. 322 cases were made.

Fragrances of blackberries, cassis, and cherries coalesce
with hints of sweet spice and toasty oak on the nose.
A sip delivers flavors of currant, cherry, and blackberry
that come together with notes of clove, earth, and smoky
oak. Rich and dark, it's a Cabernet that will show best
with food now or after some time in the cellar. 288 cases
produced.

cocoa on the palate. A hearty wine with velvety tannins,
fans of lively reds should give this bottle a try. 180
