Maria Iced-Coffee Cocktails for Summertime Brunch

Move
over mimosas and Bloody Mary's-it is officially iced-coffee
season (hooray) and with this in mind, new cocktails need
to be added to your weekend brunch menu.
Inspired
by the season, we decided to work with Tia Maria Coffee
Liqueur (SRP: $23.99 750mL or $29.99 1L) and NJ-based
Mixologist, Jillian Maggio, to create tasty iced-coffee
cocktails to add to your summer brunch experience.
Maria-Colata
Ingredients:
1 oz. Tia Maria Coffee Liqueur
1/2 oz. Coconut Rum
1 1/2 oz. Coconut Milk
2 oz. Pineapple Juice
Procedures:
Combine all ingredients into a shaker. Shake and strain
into a rocks glass with ice. Garnish with your choice
of orange slice, cherry or strawberry.
Iced
Mexican Coffee
Ingredients:
1 oz. Tia Maria Coffee Liqueur
1 oz. Anjeo Tequila
4 oz. Iced Coffee
Procedures:
Combine Tia Maria and Anjeo Tequila in a shaker. Shake
and strain into 12 oz. Mason jar or pint glass with ice.
Top with iced coffee and stir.
