Winery of the Week:
Be Bordô - Bordeaux

The Bordeaux region has produced some of the finest wine ever made and has developed a winemaking "savoir faire" for over 2,000 years. Thus, plenty of bottles from the area carry a steep price tag. Well, the Be Bordô team set out to change that, and they have created a selection of wines, sourced from Bordeaux, which are priced so they can be enjoyed everyday.

Aromas of blackberries and currants meld with suggestions of earth and cocoa on the nose. A sip delivers flavors of bramble fruit, tart cherry, and currant that interweave with floral and earthy undertones on the palate. A dark and earthy wine with plush tannins, open a bottle with a mushroom risoto.
