Wines of the Week: Merlot, Malbec, & Blends from
the Paso Robles C.A.B Collective

By FBWorld Team

Paso Robles is slowly gaining recognition as a premier growing region and the wineries of the C.A.B Collective (the acronym standing for Cabernet And other Bordeaux) are out to showcase the quality of the area's Bordeaux varieties. Our tasting panel has been rather impressed with the caliber of the group's wines since its inception and this year has been no different. But you don't have to take our word for it. You can taste for yourself at their annual CABs of Distinction event happening on April 25th & 26th.

In the meantime, here's a preview of some of the Merlots, Malbecs, and Bordeaux-style blends available for sampling at the event. (Next week, we'll give you a preview of the Cabernet!)
