Father's Day Cocktails

Father's Day is around the corner, and whether Dad's idea of a perfect day is spent on the links, sharing a steak fresh from the grill or kicking back watching the game June 15 is all about him. What better way to toast the man who cheered even when you struck out, struggled through calculus with you or pretended to overlook the dented fender than with one of our favorite cocktails?

Hole in One
This is for the Dad who is above par in every way!

Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Sobieski Vodka
3 oz. Cranberry Juice
1 oz. Orange Juicet

Procedures:
1. Mix Sobieski Vodka and cranberry juice over ice in a glass.

2. Top with orange juice and serve.

Big Daddy
This classic cocktail has big flavor for Dad's big day.

Ingredients:
2 oz. CAMUS VSOP Elegance Cognac
1/4 oz. Lucid Absinthe
3-4 dashes of Peychaud's Bitters
Lemon peel

Procedures:
1. In a shaker, add liquid ingredients and ice and shake.

2. Strain into a rocks glass.

3. Spray the glass with the lemon peel zest and serve.

Dad's Delight
This fresh summer cocktail is made to toast with dad.

Ingredients:
1 oz. Ungava Gin
1 oz. orange liqueur
1 oz. Lillet Blanc
1/2 oz. Thai basil syrup
1 oz. lime juice
Kaffir lime leaf for garnish

Procedures:
1. In a shaker, add liquid ingredients and ice.

2. Shake and strain into large cocktail glass.

3. Garnish with Kaffir lime leaf and serve.
