If you've planted your own herbs and vegetables, upgraded to a hybrid vehicle and been actively recycling, Earth Day is your day. So, raise a glass on April 22th and toast with some of these luscious cocktails made with fresh fruits, herbs and other natural ingredients. Enjoy!

Earth's Passion

Earth's Passion
Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. CAMUS VS Elegance Cognac
3/4 3/4oz. sweetened condensed milk
3/4 oz. passion fruit concentrate
Garnish with edible flower

Procedures:
1. Combine all ingredients with ice and shake.

2. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with an edible flower.

Go-Green

Go-Green
Ingredients:
1 oz. Lucid Absinthe
2 oz. Fresh Pear Juice (or pear nectar)
1/2 oz. Simple Syrup (or agave nectar)
1/2 oz. Lemon Juice
handful of sliced Cucumber

Procedures:
1. In a cocktail shaker, add ice, Lucid Absinthe, pear juice, simple syrup, and lemon juice.

2. Shake vigorously and strain over ice in a rocks glass, add cucumber wedges for garnish.

Bizon Berry

Bizon Berry
Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Sobieski Bizon Grass Vodka
1/2 oz. Simple Syrup
6 Raspberries
Lemon-lime Soda
Lime slice for garnish

Procedures:
1. In a rocks glass, muddle raspberries and simple syrup, add Sobieski Bizon Grass Vodka, fill with ice and top with lemon-lime soda.

2. Add lime slice for garnish.
