of the Week:
Stony Ridge - Livermore Valley, Ca
The
Corbett family owns Stony Ridge winery in California's Livermore
Valley, located just southeast of the San Francisco Bay. They
produce only 100 percent estate-grown wines, controlling the
winemaking process from fruit to bottle, which is key to achieving
top-quality. Here's what our tasting panel had to say about

Aromas of peach, honeydew, and pear intermingle with traces
of Rosemary and wet stone on the nose. Ripe peaches, melons,
and red pears open up into allusions of fresh herbs, minerals,
and honey on the palate. Quite lush for a Sauv Blanc,
swordfish would make a fine companion. 104 cases were
