Catalina

2015
Special Designation: n/a
Farming Certification:

Review:
Brilliantly ripe strawberries and cherries are coupled
with expressions of cola, clove, and herbs on the nose.
A nice core of bright red berry fruit takes shape on the
palate with some herbal and earth notes playing in the
background. Lively, offering a food friendly acidity,
it's a wine that needs something like grilled pork tenderloin
to be fully apprenticed.

A mix of cherry, cranberry, strawberry, and spice rises
