Real Festival: Hangar 1 Cocktails

September 19th & 20th, the Eat Real
Festival took place in Oakland serving tons of food, entertainment
and of course, delicious cocktails. These two Hangar
1 cocktails were featured at the festival and
will now appear on the menu at Rye until the middle of
October.
The
Commonwealth will be served at Off The Grid
in Fort Mason and the Presidio until the end of March.

Cooler
Ingredients:
1.5 oz. Hangar One
2 bar spoons Lavender-Plum Jam
0.5 oz. Lime Juice
0.5 oz. Tonic Syrup
Procedures:
Shake and top with seltzer
The
Santa Maria Sour
Ingredients:
1.5 oz. Hangar One
0.5 oz. Amontillado Sherry
0.25 oz. Small Hands Orgeat (local)
0.25 oz. Lemon Juice
2 dashes Bolivar Bitters
Procedures:
Shake and strain into cocktail glass
