DEWAR'S Highlander Honey Hot Toddy

Ingredients:
2 oz. Hot Water
1.5oz DEWAR'S Highlander Honey
3 whole Cloves
1 Cinnamon Stick
1 slice Lemon
Pinch of Ground Nutmeg

Procedures:
Pour the honey, boiling water, and whisky into a mug. Spice it with the cloves and cinnamon, and put in the slice of lemon. Let the mixture stand for 5 minutes so the flavors can mingle, then sprinkle with a pinch of nutmeg before serving.

DEWAR'S Honey Apple Highball

Ingredients:
1.5 oz. DEWAR'S Highlander Honey
2 oz. pressed Apple
1 wedge Fresh Lime
Top with Ginger Ale or Ginger Beer

Procedures:
Squeeze wedge of lime over cubed ice in a small tumbler glass, add DEWAR'S Highlander Honey and press apple juice and top with Ginger Beer.

DEWAR'S Honeysuckle Sour

Ingredients:
1.5 oz. DEWAR'S Highlander Honey
.5 oz. Cointreau
.5 oz. fresh-squeezed Lemon Juice
.5 oz. fresh-squeezed Orange Juice
1 bar spoon Sugar

Procedures:
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled 5 oz. cocktail glass.
